UPAVP's FCFS portal on 10 October 2026 lists 6,720 vacant flats against 6,678 on 3 September 2026: 121 flats are new and 91 are no longer listed. New enclaves since that walk: Basera 1 and Janhavi Enclave. UPAVP publishes no booked list, so a flat that left the portal is recorded as no longer listed and not as booked.

DDA launches Awas Nivesh Yojana 2026: 2,516 LIG flats in Narela at about ₹15 lakh

DDA's circular launches Awas Nivesh Yojana 2026 for 2,516 LIG flats in Narela Sector G2-G6, 1,020 in Pocket 3 and 1,496 in Pocket 6, each 49.90 sq m, at a flat 25% discount: ₹15,01,049 and ₹14,94,791 a flat. Brochure 13 October, registration 14 October, booking 20 October 2026, each from 12:00 noon. Registration fee ₹2,500, booking amount ₹1,00,000.

Whether the authority agrees with itselfMDA advertises 134 commercial plots and itemises 138. LDA says 460 and lists 280. Both numbers appear here.
Whether a corrigendum has moved the dateUPSIDA moved an auction from 31 July to 14 September. A brochure downloaded in June would not say so.
