• Ten group housing plots in YEIDA City by e-auction, in Sectors 17, 18, 20 and 22D, from 11,513 sq m to 50,600 sq m. Scheme code YEA-GH-12/2026.
• Registration runs from 25 September 2026 11:00 AM to 25 October 2026 5:00 PM. The brochure fee, the processing fee and the earnest money are all due by 26 October 2026 5:00 PM. YEIDA names the qualified bidders on 16 November 2026 after 5:00 PM and only they may bid; the e-auction is on 18 November 2026 from 11:00 AM.
• The earnest money is YEIDA's own figure per plot, from Rs 6.89 crore to Rs 30.27 crore, and YEIDA states it is 10 per cent of the total premium. The reserve premium shown here is that figure times ten - our arithmetic on YEIDA's rule, not a number YEIDA prints - and each row says so. A processing fee of Rs 5,00,000 plus 18 per cent GST is payable per plot and is not refundable or adjustable.
• After allotment: 40 per cent of the premium within 60 days of the allotment letter after adjusting the earnest money, then the balance 60 per cent over two years in four half-yearly instalments at 10 per cent a year. A 60-day extension is possible at 13 per cent. Miss the allotment money and the allotment is deemed cancelled and the earnest money forfeited. The lease runs 90 years.

• Register on YEIDA's portal between 25 September 2026 11:00 AM and 25 October 2026 5:00 PM.
• Pay the brochure fee, the processing fee of Rs 5,00,000 plus 18 per cent GST, and the earnest money for your plot by 26 October 2026 5:00 PM, through YEIDA's online portal or a challan downloaded from it.
• YEIDA displays the names of qualified bidders on 16 November 2026 after 5:00 PM. Only those names may bid.
• Bid in the e-auction on 18 November 2026 from 11:00 AM until it closes.
