- 87 residential plots: 6 Type A of 162 sq m (9 x 18 m) at ₹35,200 per sq m; 60 Type B of 112.50 sq m (7.5 x 15 m) at ₹32,700; and 21 Type B of 112.50 sq m at ₹35,200 (booklet page 7).
- Online applications from 21 October to 20 November 2026 on kdaindia.co.in. The e-lottery date will be announced in newspapers (advertisement; 11.1).
- Fee ₹1,000 + 18% GST = ₹1,180, not refundable. Registration money is 10% of the plot's price: ₹5,70,240 for Type A, ₹3,67,875 or ₹3,96,000 for Type B (advertisement; booklet page 7).
- The plots are freehold: possession comes after full payment and the freehold registry, and a 12% freehold charge on the total price is paid before registry (8.3, 8.4).
- Corner, park-facing and 18 m road plots pay 5% more each, 12% at most if all three apply (5.1; GO 1512/Aath-1-25/E1820505 of 25-12-2025).
- After allotment, a quarter of the price (less the registration money) within a month (4.1, 5.2). The balance in full earns a 6% rebate within 45 days, 5% within 60 and 4% within 90 (5.3); otherwise 12 quarterly instalments over three years at 12% interest (5.4). Late payment costs 3% a year more (6).
- Registration money comes back in full only until the lottery date is announced (7.1); after allotment, surrender costs 20% of it (7.2). Three missed instalments in a row let KDA cancel; six cancel automatically (7.3).
- Unsuccessful applicants get their money back; after a year it carries 3.5% interest (12.2).
- KDA's layout plan draws 96 plots (7 Type A, 89 Type B) on 86,446 sq m, more than the 87 offered now.
