Where do these layout plans come from?
From the authorities' own scheme brochures, auction notices and sites: DDA, GDA, HPDA, LDA, MDA, Nagar Parishad Sikar, Awas Vikas, KDA Kanpur, YEIDA, ADA Agra, BDA-BBSR, HSVP, TCP Haryana. Each sheet carries the page of the brochure it was cut from, or opens on the authority's own site where it still hosts the file. SarkariProperty does not redraw, recolour or annotate them.
Are these the approved plans?
Each is the drawing the authority published with a scheme, as published. Where a sheet's own title block says it was submitted for approval or is a draft, the sheet's note says so. Treat it as the plan the authority is selling against.
Can I find a plot number on a layout plan?
On a pocket, site or sector plan, yes: those are drawn at a scale where the plot numbers can be read. The whole-colony layout shows the pockets and the land use.
Where are the flat plans and floor plans?
On the scheme page of the flats they describe, beside each flat type's price and area. These pages hold the maps of the colony, its pockets and sites.
Where is a city's master plan?
Haryana's town development plans, the sheets searched for as a town's master plan, are linked from each Haryana town page and open on TCP's own site. For other cities the master plan sits on the development authority's own portal, and this site has not linked it yet.
