The Firozabad-Shikohabad Development Authority, declared on 07-04-1995 for Firozabad and Shikohabad and 110 villages, by FSDA's about page and its Master Plan report. Its area grew from Firozabad's regulated area of 1977 (35 villages); FSDA's about page records 119 more villages, around Tundla and Sirsaganj, added from 12-12-2016.

The booklet's text says the EMD is 10% of the sale price; its Table 1 and the October notice print 2% of the total cost against each plot, for example Rs 52,560 on a Rs 26,28,000 plot. The portal takes the figure it shows. The Rs 500 registration fee is separate and not refunded.

FSDA's Transport Nagar page says 58 plots were disposed of through e-auction. It has published no plot-wise result. Of the 254 plots offered in April, 73 are not in the October list, and FSDA does not say what happened to the other 15.

FSDA's page places them at Railway Station Road, Sikandarabad, and also at revenue village Usayni, Tehsil Tundla, and describes them both as 568 EWS units and as 564 LIG plus 4 EWS houses. None is for sale.

The plan FSDA links is its draft. It projects 14,55,000 people in Firozabad and 2,70,000 in Shikohabad by 2031 and puts Transport Nagar's land, 13.76 ha at Mauza Nagau, in traffic and transport use.
