The Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation is a Rajasthan government enterprise incorporated on 28 March 1969 and restructured into its present form in 1980. It operates across the state.
How RIICO allots
RIICO uses e-auction, e-lottery and a direct allotment route. E-auction and e-lottery rounds are open to any registered bidder. Direct allotment is not: it requires a memorandum of understanding signed under the state investment programme together with a project report.
Applications are invited in numbered phases, and e-auction rounds covering hundreds to thousands of plots run periodically alongside them.
Where RIICO is, and how to reach it
Researched from the authority's own pages, not transcribed from a scheme document. An office holder changes without notice and a page can be out of date the day after it is read, which is why each row says when it was read. Verify before you travel.

What RIICO asks for at every auction
These do not change between schemes, so they are held once here and every RIICO scheme points at them rather than carrying its own copy.

- Direct allotment is not a first-come-first-served option. It requires a prior memorandum of understanding and a project report.
- Under direct allotment terms, production must begin within two years of possession, or three where environmental clearance is required, with minimum development and investment conditions attached.
- EMD amounts range from tens of thousands of rupees for a small commercial kiosk to over a crore for a large industrial parcel, so there is no flat percentage to assume.
