Inventory DDA's Karmayogi scheme for government servants runs to 30 September, and car parking is now a separate application. DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 sells 3,656 flats at Narela to serving and retired government servants at a flat 25 per cent discount, first come first served: 1,168 in Pocket-9, 936 added in Pocket-6 in March 2026 and 1,552 added in Pocket-13 in May. Booking has been extended to 30 September 2026, the third extension. From 16 September DDA allots car parking separately, monthly on application, to 2-BHK and 3-BHK allottees of this scheme and of Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026. DDA's own advertisement says the 1-BHK in Pockets 6 and 9 is completely sold out.
Inventory DDA added 544 flats to Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026. 256 one-BHK in Tower Z at Rs 33.51-33.77 lakh and 288 two-BHK in Towers N and P at Rs 75.55-83.58 lakh, both after the scheme's 25% discount, in the same Narela pocket. Booking for the added flats opens 14 September 2026 at 12:00 noon. The scheme now lists 1,768 flats. Registration, eligibility, booking amounts and the payment terms are unchanged.

The Delhi Development Authority is a statutory body constituted under the Delhi Development Act, 1957 and established on 30 December 1957. It plans, develops and disposes of land and housing across the National Capital Territory of Delhi.

How DDA allots

DDA uses more than one method at the same time. Some schemes are first-come-first-served, some are e-auctions decided on the highest bid, and oversubscribed housing registrations have historically gone to a draw of lots. Which one applies changes the deadline that matters and whether your money comes back, so it has to be checked scheme by scheme.

There is no fixed annual calendar. DDA launches named schemes periodically and extends their deadlines by circular, so a closing date seen in an advertisement is not always the final one.
