- Maintenance charges, conversion charges and water connection charges are demanded separately with the Demand-cum-Allotment Letter, and DDA collects twelve months of maintenance upfront along with a one-time corpus fund: ₹75,000 and about ₹11,900 for a 1-BHK, ₹1.5 lakh and about ₹32,700 to ₹36,300 for a 2-BHK, ₹2.5 lakh and about ₹53,100 to ₹59,500 for a 3-BHK.
- No GST is charged on maintenance.
- Car parking is not part of the flat: from 16 September 2026 DDA allots parking spaces separately, monthly, on application, to 3-BHK and 2-BHK allottees, by the date of their allotment letter, and no allottee gets more than one space at stilt level.
