• 209 EWS flats in one group housing project, Pragati 1, on Rohtak Road near Jakhira Flyover in New Delhi, developed by M/s DLF Urban Pvt. Ltd. and disposed of by DDA on a computerized draw. Registration opens 7 October 2026 and closes 7 December 2026; the draw is 15 December 2026. The registration fee is Rs 2,500, paid online and non-refundable.
• What DDA has published so far is one circular, dated 24 September 2026, and this page is built on it and nothing else. The detailed scheme brochure is due on DDA's own website on 30 September 2026 and is where the flat-wise detail will be. Until then there is no flat list, no floor, no block and no price for any single flat.
• The price is a band and DDA calls it tentative: Rs 34.86 lakh to Rs 35.50 lakh, excluding GST. The area is a band too, 61.48 to 62.77 sq m of plinth including common area, with 7.08 sq m of scooter parking. DDA states in the circular that the plinth area varies from flat to flat and that the demand letter is issued on the actual plinth area of the flat allotted, so the price you are asked for depends on which flat you draw. Neither figure is a quoted price.
• Who may apply, in DDA's own terms: a citizen of India, 18 or over on the last date of registration and competent to contract, with annual family income not above Rs 10 lakh - the applicant's and the joint applicant's families counted separately, family income here meaning the applicant and spouse. A valid annual family income or EWS certificate from the SDM, Tehsildar or issuing authority, dated on or before the last date of registration, is required. So is a savings account in the applicant's own name and a PAN quoted on the form.
• There is NO restriction on already owning land or built-up property in Delhi for this scheme. DDA says so in the circular, in those words. That is unusual enough among DDA housing schemes to be worth reading twice.
• A joint applicant must be from within the family - a parent, blood relative, spouse or unmarried child. Under the SC/ST, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (Divyangjan) and ex-servicemen reserved categories the applicant themselves must fall in the category, and DDA advises adding a co-allottee at the application stage rather than later.
• How the draw works, and what happens to the flats nobody takes. Every eligible applicant goes into a computerized draw on a random number technique, held online before independent observers and about twenty applicants, and web-streamed. If flats are left unallotted DDA calls for applications again and holds another draw.
• Registering for another DDA scheme does not register you for this one. DDA's circular says a person must register specifically for Janta Awaas Yojana Phase II, notwithstanding an existing DDA registration, and pay the Rs 2,500 for it.
• What DDA has NOT published yet, and so is not on this page: the flat list, the floor and block of any flat, the payment schedule after allotment, the reservation percentages, and the price of any individual flat. The brochure of 30 September is where those belong.

Who can apply

Family income not above Rs 10 lakh a year, an EWS or income certificate from the SDM or Tehsildar dated on or before 7 December 2026, a PAN and a savings account in the applicant's own name. No restriction on already owning property in Delhi.
