About this scheme
DDA has published this campaign and not its properties. The dash is what DDA has not published, not a count of nothing. DDA's advertisement gives 146 properties by category: 25 industrial plots, 32 residential plots, 3 hostel plots, 4 commercial plots, 1 fuel stations, 6 multilevel car parking, 74 shops (built-up), 1 cafeteria at Saket Sports Complex. The list of individual properties, with areas and reserve prices, is not yet on dda.gov.in (read 2 November 2026); the advertisement points to the e-auction link on DDA's site and to dda.enivida.com. So no property row is listed here yet.

Paying, withdrawal and disputes
- A losing bidder's EMD comes back in full, to the same account, within 15 to 30 working days of the result; the fee does not.
- Not topping up to 25% within 7 days of winning forfeits the EMD; not paying the 75% within 90 days cancels the allotment and forfeits the 25%.
- A leading bid cannot be withdrawn during the auction. A bid in the last 5 minutes extends the lot by 5 minutes.
- If a plot cannot be handed over because of litigation, the principal is refunded without interest and no other plot is offered. Sold as is, where is: inspect before bidding.
- Stamp duty and registration of 5% to 7% plus 1%; utility connection deposits; building sanction fees on vacant plots. A leasehold shop's conversion to freehold may be paid in instalments over up to 5 years at 12%.

Why bid
- Sold directly by DDA, by open online bidding with no broker.

- 74 built-up shops in DDA's local shopping centres, ready to use; 32 residential and 25 industrial plots to build on.
- Banks lend readily against DDA titles.
