All updates
Deadline UPSIDA and MDA checked with a day to go, both unchanged. UPSIDA's 165 plots and Rs 93.37 crore of reserve reconcile exactly against its portal, across the same four districts. Its listing shows 10 September while we show 9 September: 9 September is the last date for the fee and EMD, 10 September the last date for document submission, and the earlier one is what decides whether you can bid. MDA's brochure of 22 August is unchanged with no corrigendum. Registration for both closes 9 September.

The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority was formed in September 2001 under section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976. In June 2018 the properties, powers, functions, assets and staff of its predecessor UPSIDC were transferred to it. It has developed around 154 industrial areas across the state.

How UPSIDA allots

Plots are allotted mainly by e-auction run on the authority's own auction portal, with available plots also listed online for direct application. Registration, fee payment, document upload and live bidding are separate deadline-bound steps, and industrial plot applications route through the state's single-window portal rather than the auction site.

UPSIDA periodically runs large e-auctions that bundle plots across several industrial townships into one registration window.

What buyers get wrong with UPSIDA

Questions people ask about UPSIDA

How does UPSIDA allot plots and flats?

Plots are allotted mainly by e-auction run on the authority's own auction portal, with available plots also listed online for direct application. Registration, fee payment, document upload and live bidding are separate deadline-bound steps, and industrial plot applications route through the state's single-window portal rather than the auction site.

Is any UPSIDA scheme open right now?

Not at the moment. Every UPSIDA scheme on record here has closed. Past schemes are kept with their figures so the next round can be compared against them.

What does it cost to apply to a UPSIDA scheme?

UPSIDA has charged a registration or processing fee of ₹4,130 on the schemes listed here. The fee is separate from the EMD or booking amount, and each scheme page carries the figure as UPSIDA published it.

What do you pay before bidding in a UPSIDA scheme?

On the schemes here UPSIDA states the deposit as: 10% of the reserve price, per plot.

Can I apply for a UPSIDA scheme on this site?

No. Registration, payment and bidding all happen on UPSIDA's own portal. This page exists so a scheme is found before its deadline, and every figure links back to the document it came from.
