The Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation is a Haryana government undertaking incorporated on 8 March 1967 under the Companies Act, 1956, wholly owned by the state. It develops industrial infrastructure and estates across Haryana.

How HSIIDC allots

Plots go by e-auction, with registration and an EMD deposit followed by online bidding. This is industrial land, not open investment stock: an applicant has to submit a project brief describing the intended industrial use, and a company also needs a board resolution or authority letter.

HSIIDC runs periodic e-auction rounds covering several estates at a time.

What HSIIDC asks for before you bid

As stated in the scheme document named in the first column. A dash means HSIIDC has not published that value, not that it is nil.

Rebates have been offered for early lump-sum payment, reported as 10 per cent within 45 days and 5 per cent within 90 days, with smaller rebates up to 150 days, and a 20 per cent cost rebate for SC category applicants. Delayed instalments have attracted 11 per cent a year interest plus a 3 per cent penalty.

Questions people ask about HSIIDC

How does HSIIDC allot plots and flats?

Plots go by e-auction, with registration and an EMD deposit followed by online bidding. This is industrial land, not open investment stock: an applicant has to submit a project brief describing the intended industrial use, and a company also needs a board resolution or authority letter.

Is any HSIIDC scheme open right now?

Not at the moment. Every HSIIDC scheme on record here has closed. Past schemes are kept with their figures so the next round can be compared against them.

What does it cost to apply to a HSIIDC scheme?

It varies with plot size rather than being one flat amount, so HSIIDC states it per scheme. The fee is separate from the EMD or booking amount, and each scheme page carries the figure as HSIIDC published it.

What do you pay before bidding in a HSIIDC scheme?

On the schemes here HSIIDC states the deposit as: 5% of reserve price.

How is a HSIIDC allotment paid for?

The EMD is around 5 per cent of the reserve price at registration. On allotment, 15 per cent of the plot price is payable within 30 days of the letter of allotment. Rebates have been offered for early lump-sum payment, reported as 10 per cent within 45 days and 5 per cent within 90 days, with smaller rebates up to 150 days, and a 20 per cent cost rebate for SC category applicants. Can I apply for a HSIIDC scheme on this site?

No. Registration, payment and bidding all happen on HSIIDC's own portal at https://www.hsiidcesewa.org.in/hsiidcprod/welcomeLink. This page exists so a scheme is found before its deadline, and every figure links back to the document it came from.
