KDA does not always publish the EMD. On the 2026 commercial round the amount is simply not stated, so the figure has to be got from KDA before bidding. Open registration is not a draw. A flat is taken by whoever pays first, so the list on the portal is stock and not a shortlist. KDA publishes its draw results and applicant lists as loose PDFs on its own draws page rather than against the scheme, so a result has to be matched to a scheme by name and year.
