SarkariProperty.com lists government land and housing auctions in India - 22,025 plots from 32 development authorities and industrial corporations across 7 states - so that a buyer finds a scheme while it is still open. It is operated by Greyradius Informatics Private Limited.
Why it exists
Government schemes are advertised in places most buyers never look, and the deadline that matters is not the auction date - it is the registration and EMD date, weeks earlier. Most people find out about a scheme after that date has passed. This site exists to close that gap.
How the data is made
- Every figure is transcribed from the authority's own published document - the notice, the brochure, the terms - and the document is linked from the scheme page.
- Nothing is estimated. Where a figure is derived, the clause or formula it came from is published beside it.
- Where an authority contradicts itself, both numbers appear and neither is quietly corrected. MDA advertises 134 commercial plots and itemises 138; LDA says 460 and lists 280. The disclosure is the point.
- A build refuses to ship if an area has no stated basis, an EMD has no stated source, or a coordinate falls outside India.
What this site does not do
- It takes no applications, payments or bids. Those happen on the authority's portal.
- It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any development authority.
- It takes no payment for any listing, and no listing is promoted over another.
- It does not rank schemes, forecast prices or rate an investment.
