About SarkariProperty: how the data is made, and by whom
An independent information service for government property in India. It reads what development authorities, housing boards and industrial corporations publish, and shows it unchanged.

Why it exists
A buyer finds a government scheme before its deadline, and can tell what a plot actually costs. Every rule on this site serves one of those two sentences.
Government schemes are announced in notices, brochures and portals that are hard to find and harder to compare. A buyer who misses the last date by a day has no second chance for a year or more. The site exists so that does not happen.
How the data is made
Each scheme is read from the authority's own notice, brochure and portal, plot by plot, and transcribed with the document linked beside it. Where the authority has not published a figure the cell says so. Where the authority contradicts itself, both figures appear.
Researched background, such as what an authority is and where an estate sits, is held apart from transcribed figures and carries its sources. News reports are marked secondary. Broker portals and economic estimates are not used.
