Not at the moment. Every NOIDA scheme on record here has closed. Past schemes are kept with their figures so the next round can be compared against them.

It depends on the scheme. NOIDA has charged a flat ₹29,500 and ₹11,80,000 on some, and on others a fee that varies with plot size. The fee is separate from the EMD or booking amount, and each scheme page carries the figure as NOIDA published it.

On the schemes here NOIDA states the deposit as: 10 per cent of the plot's reserve price, paid online on NOIDA's e-auction portal with the application. The same amount under payment plan A or B; 10 per cent of the reserve price under payment plans A and B; 30 per cent under plan C, with a bank guarantee for the other 70 per cent. Paid online on NOIDA's e-auction portal; 10 per cent of the plot's total cost, paid online on NOIDA's e-auction portal. Corporate office plots also offer plan C at 30 per cent; 10 per cent of the plot's total cost with the application; Rs 10,00,000 per flat, paid online. Flats of the same size and EMD may be auctioned on the same day, so each flat bid on needs its own EMD; 10 per cent of the reserve price under plans A and B; 30 per cent under plan C with a bank guarantee for the rest; 10 per cent of the total cost under plans A and B; 30 per cent under plan C with a bank guarantee for the rest; Rs 10.00 crore per plot as printed, under a heading that says 10 per cent (which would be Rs 24.57 crore).

Plan A: the whole premium within 90 days of allotment with a 2 per cent rebate. Plan B: 40 per cent within 60 days and 60 per cent in 8 half-yearly instalments over 4 years at NOIDA's interest rate. Commercial and corporate office plots add plan C: 30 per cent as EMD plus a bank guarantee for the rest, payable within 30 days of allotment. GST is on top of every premium.

New Okhla Industrial Development Authority. NOIDA says it was set up in 1976 under the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976, to develop an integrated industrial township, and that its development area covers about 20,316 hectares across 81 villages of Gautam Buddh Nagar district.

NOIDA's own Live Land Allotment Scheme page says 'Residential scheme - No scheme available', and every window of its 2026-27 round has shut: commercial builder and hotel plots on 20-06-2026, its Sector 44 flats on 23-06-2026, school and hospital plots on 29-06-2026, and industrial, nursing home and corporate office plots on 01-07-2026. Every NOIDA scheme on this site is shown as closed; NOIDA has published no auction date or result for any of them.

NOIDA prints a reserve rate and a total for every plot in its advertisement, and each scheme page here carries them plot by plot. In the 2026-27 round, industrial plots ran from Rs 23,488.90 per sq m in Sector 164 to Rs 58,674 in Sector 10, and commercial builder and hotel plots from Rs 1,47,719.93 to Rs 3,92,213 per sq m. GST is paid on top.

NOIDA has published eligibility lists, not results: the qualified applicants for its 2026-27 industrial e-auction on 18-09-2026, and the eligible bidders for four February 2026 builder plots on 02-09-2026. No winning bid or allotment for any 2026 scheme is on its site. Both lists are linked from the scheme pages.

No. Both are in Gautam Buddh Nagar district and both were set up under the 1976 Act, but Noida is developed by NOIDA and Greater Noida by GNIDA. Their sectors, schemes, portals and rates are separate, and a Noida sector is not a Greater Noida sector.

Occasionally, from its own group housing. In June 2026 it auctioned five flats of 148.64 sq m super area on Plot D-8, Sector 44, with an EMD of Rs 10 lakh each. It publishes no reserve price for them outside the paid e-brochure.

NOIDA publishes its lease terms only in the paid e-brochure, so this site does not state a term or a lease rent. What its public notices do say is that every premium is exclusive of GST, which is paid on top.
