- Plan A: the whole premium within 90 days of the allotment letter, with a 2 per cent rebate on the total premium.
- Plan B: 40 per cent of the premium, including the EMD, within 60 days of the allotment letter; the other 60 per cent in 8 half-yearly instalments over 4 years at NOIDA's prevailing interest rate, which NOIDA may revise.
- Plan C: 30 per cent of the premium as EMD with the application, plus an irrevocable bank guarantee from a nationalised or scheduled bank for the other 70 per cent; the balance is due within 30 days of the allotment letter, and missing that forfeits both the guarantee and the EMD.
- NOIDA's note 2: the premium is exclusive of GST.
- The bid is quoted without GST, and GST as applicable is paid on top of the premium and every other payment to NOIDA.
