A woman buyer in Uttar Pradesh pays 1% less stamp duty on property up to ₹1 crore (notification of 29 July 2025, on the stamp duty guide); the calculator takes it off. The notification does not say how a joint purchase is treated, so Joint gets no rebate here.

MVDA's e-auction runs on mvda.procure247.com. MVDA states applications can be made on that site and nowhere else. Registration for the 2026 e-auction closed on 8 October 2026 and MVDA has published no auction date and no result, so there is nothing to register for at the moment. This site never takes an application.

No. MVDA's own vacant-plot list records that it invited registration for 121 residential plots in Govind Vihar, Mauja Jait, from 30 November to 31 December 2024; it has not published the outcome. MVDA's most recent scheme is the 2026 e-auction, which includes larger plots in Govind Vihar and Hanumat Vihar and whose registration closed on 8 October 2026; every lot is on this page.
Does MVDA sell MVDA approved plots in Mathura and Vrindavan?
