    • Eleven commercial builder plots (Builder Plot-IV, over 20,000 sq m, and Builder Plot-V, under) and six hotel plots, 2,000 sq m to 49,932.3 sq m. Reserve prices Rs 36.60 crore to Rs 836.25 crore - Rs 4,318.23 crore across the 17.
    • On 2 September 2026 NOIDA published the eligible bidders for four of the six Builder Plot-IV plots: 10 eligible, 1 not. No auction date.
    • Hotel plot 14 in Sector 142 did not sell here: NOIDA offered it again in May 2026 at a 36.7 per cent higher rate.
    • GST is on top of every figure.
