• 19 industrial plots across 10 sectors, from 58.56 sq m (F-026, Sector 9) to 7,997 sq m (Plot 14, Sector 164). Reserve prices from Rs 32.72 lakh to Rs 18.78 crore; Rs 86.82 crore across the 19.
• The window is shut. It opened 19 May 2026 and, after extensions on 12 June and 23 June, closed for EMD on 29 June and for bids on 1 July.
• NOIDA published its list of qualified applicants on 18 September 2026 - 195 entries - and nothing since: no auction date and no result. The scheme is shown as closed; if NOIDA announces the auction, the page will carry it.
• Rates run from Rs 23,488.90 per sq m in Sector 164 to Rs 58,674 in Sector 10. The old sectors (3, 6, 7, 9, 10) are priced at more than twice Sector 80 and 164.
• GST is on top of the price. The lease term and lease rent are in the paid e-brochure, not in anything NOIDA publishes free.

Who can apply

• Register on NOIDA's e-auction portal, hdfcbank-auction-noidadevelopmentauthority.com, for a bidder ID.
• Pay the Rs 5,900 document fee to download the e-brochure, and the Rs 29,500 processing fee, both non-refundable.
• Pay the EMD for the plot - 10 per cent of its reserve price - and submit the bid documents. This round's window ran 19 May to 1 July 2026 after two extensions.
• NOIDA publishes the qualified applicants. It did so on 18 September 2026.
• Qualified applicants bid in the e-auction. NOIDA has not published the date.
