- No earnest money. The ₹2,500 registration fee is non-refundable and is not adjusted against the price of a flat.
- Payment after booking
- Cash down. ₹2,500 to register, non-refundable and not set against the price. After the draw the whole price is due to DLF Urban within 60 days of the demand-cum-allotment letter, with 30 days' grace at 10% simple interest; at 90 days the allotment is cancelled without notice. The price already includes the water connection charge, maintenance, the sinking fund and DDA's processing fee, and excludes GST. Allottees with a benchmark disability may pay 25% and the rest over up to 15 years at 10% simple interest, with a 5% rebate capped at ₹2.5 lakh.
