Made under section 5(7) of Punjab Act 41 of 1963. The controlled area was declared vide Haryana Government notification 114-10DP-82/3160 of 23 February 1982, published in the Haryana Gazette on 22 April 1982. The plan's northern edge is the Punjab state boundary. Still live on TCP's own site.
