- Announced, not launched. LDA lists Naimish Nagar under Projects > Upcoming on its own site and has published no registration window. Read 15 September 2026.
- Scale as LDA states it: 3,681.6872 acres on Sitapur Road, about 1,486.689 hectares identified across 18 villages of Bakshi Ka Talab tehsil, intended to house around 3 lakh people. The Authority Board has approved an estimated Rs 4,785 crore for land acquisition and the first site office is built at Purwa village.
- LDA's press release calls the same township IIM Road and about 3,600 acres. Its project page says Sitapur Road and 3,681.6872 acres. Both are LDA's; the project page is the more precise and is used for the figures here.
- Villages LDA names, in Bakshi Ka Talab tehsil: Bhauli, Laxmipur, Purab Gaon, Purwa, Sairpur, Farrukhabad, Kodri Bhauli, Kamlabad, Kamalapur, Palhari, Gopramau, Barumau, Dhatingara, Saidapur, Paschim Gaon, Dhobaila, Umarbhari, Duggaur.
