- Scale as LDA states it: approximately 6,580 acres near the Agra Expressway, 25 sectors, more than 15,000 plots planned, over 980 acres set aside as green belts, parks and water bodies including an international standard golf course and a central park, and a logistics park of about 300 acres.
- Land is still being acquired. LDA states the registry of about 450 bighas is complete, possession taken of 105 bighas, Rs 300 crore of compensation paid, and registration under way in phases with 22,403 farmers.
- Villages LDA names for the scheme, in Sadar and Sarojini Nagar tehsils: Bhaliya, Adampur Indwara, Bahru, Jaliyamau, Madarpur, Ibrahimganj, Naktaura, Gahlwara, Tejkrishna Khera, Rewari, Sakra, Dona.
- Plot sizes in the first phase are stated as 72 to 450 square metres, from LDA's press release. LDA has not published a size-by-size breakdown.
