Reserves run from ₹50.32 L to ₹89.46 L, and a reserve is the floor the bidding starts from rather than what the plot sells for. The advertised figure is not the whole cost: the charges LDA adds on top are set out under Fees and payment.

Highlights: pay in instalments · freehold tenure.

Source documents from LDA are linked under Documents. SarkariProperty takes no application, payment or bid.

Layout plans

LDA publishes 2 drawings with this scheme, covering 1 colony. Each one downloads on its own. Whole-colony sheets come first in each block, then the sheet for each individual site.

Two drawings. The street views and the aerial view elsewhere in the booklet are marketing renders rather than drawings, and are not filed here as layout plans.

Before you bid

From LDA's own document, linked under Documents. SarkariProperty does not rank schemes and publishes no view on whether one is a good buy - the terms are the argument.

  • The booklet itemises 280 plots across categories C, D and E but states a total of 460 for Ashish Khand, and the application form refers to a category B that the price table does not list. SarkariProperty lists only the 280 published plots. The remaining 180 are unaccounted for in LDA's own document.
  • The advertised cost is not the final cost. A freehold charge of 12% of the land cost is payable before the sale deed and is not included in the plot price.
  • Corner, park-facing and 18-metre-road plots each carry an additional 5%, capped at 12% where all three apply. Which plots attract these is only known after the lottery assigns a plot number.
  • Plot numbers are assigned by lottery. Applicants register for a category, not for a specific plot.
  • Plot area and cost are stated as tentative and may change on final measurement, with any difference payable by the allottee.
  • LDA has not published a lottery date. It will be announced in newspapers and on the authority website.
  • The booklet gives two different addresses for downloading the allotment letter: registration.ldalucknow.in in the Hindi text and ldaonline.co.in in the English text.
  • Booklet fee of Rs 1,100 including GST is non-refundable and separate from the registration amount.
  • Settled 9 September 2026 against LDA's own campaign listing: this is campaign 566, "Anant Nagar Yojana Phase V For Ashish Khand", Mohan Road, registration 09-08-2026 to 09-09-2026 with a ₹1,100 fee. It is PHASE V. The "Anant Nagar Yojna Ph IV" lottery result LDA published in June 2026 is a different phase.
Notes on this scheme from LDA's documents
  • Anant Nagar Yojana sits on Mohan Road, between the Agra-Lucknow Expressway and Kanpur Road, with Kisan Path running along the scheme.
  • The scheme is divided into eight khands: Akash, Alekh, Ashish, Aabhas, Alok, Adarsh, Aditya and Amod. This registration covers Ashish Khand, listed in the price table as Sector 3.
  • Plot location, area and cost are stated as tentative. Final assessment is carried out after development and construction work is complete.
  • Until the scheme is transferred to the Municipal Corporation, allottees pay maintenance charges including GST as prescribed by the Authority or the State Government.
  • The booklet map is marked for reference only and is not a survey document.

How the quota is divided

LDA sets aside a share of the plots for each category below. A quota decides which pool an application competes in; it is not an eligibility bar, and it does not change the price.

CategoryShare of the scheme
Scheduled Caste21%
Scheduled Tribe2%
Other Backward Class27%
MLAs / MPs / Freedom Fighters5%
Government and security employees aged 50+5%
Development authority and housing body staff2%
Ex-servicemen3%
Generalthe rest

5% for persons with disabilities; 10% for senior citizens, drawn from within each category, not in addition to it

The reserved shares add up to 65% of the scheme; the remainder is the general category.

Eligibility is LDA's to decide, on the documents you upload to its portal. SarkariProperty transcribes the rule and checks nothing on your behalf.
