• Jabalpur Development Authority is selling 118 properties across five of its own colonies on one offer notice, adding to Rs 81.73 crore at reserve. Bids close 22 September 2026.
• It is one advertisement with one application window and one set of terms, so it is one page. What changes down the page is the colony and the kind of property, not the deadline or the rules.
• 99 flats: 42 two-BHK and 51 one-BHK LIG flats at Bajnamath in Scheme 2B, four MIG flats at Shatabdipuram and two at Madan Mahal. LIG flats start at Rs 16.92 lakh.
• The ISBT shopping complex near Deendayal Chowk accounts for seventeen of them - a shop, fifteen office chambers and the hotel and restaurant block at Rs 16.09 crore, all at the same Rs 1,35,419 per square metre.
• Two educational plots: 3,710 sq m for a primary school in Scheme 2B at Rs 7.42 crore, and 13,850 sq m near the I.T.I. at Vijay Nagar at Rs 34.63 crore.
• Earnest money is ten per cent of the reserve price on every property, and the form costs Rs 1,000 plus Rs 180 GST on MPOnline. Unsuccessful bidders are refunded within 30 working days; the form fee is not.
• Offers are sealed. Technical offers open 23 September at 10 am and financial offers at noon the same day, and a bidder who fails the technical stage does not get their financial offer opened.
• Everything is as is, where is, and JDA requires a site visit before the offer. It publishes a contact number for each colony for exactly that.
• One caution, and it is JDA's own: its summary page says Scheme 11 Shatabdipuram offers six MIG flats, then itemises four, and its detail table lists four - A-15, A-16, B-15 and C-16, all on the fourth floor. Four is what is carried here. If you are counting on a fifth or sixth, ask JDA before you pay the form fee.

Who can apply

• Find the property in the advertisement first. JDA prints the colony, the unit number, the floor, the area, the reserve price and the earnest money against every one of the 118, and the advertisement is held here in full.
• Visit the site. JDA sells as is, where is, and states that the offer must be submitted only after inspecting the location - no claim or objection is entertained later.
• Read the detailed rules and conditions on jdajabalpur.org and on the MPOnline vikaspradhikaran portal before offering. JDA says to offer only after reading them properly.
• Buy the online application form on vikaspradhikaran.mponline.gov.in for Rs 1,000 plus Rs 180 GST, paid as a portal fee. The form cannot be filled until it has been bought.
• Deposit the earnest money - ten per cent of that property's reserve price, the figure in column 7 of the advertisement - as the portal directs. Registration is not treated as complete until it is deposited.
• A reserved-category applicant uploads the digital certificate and the affidavit at this point. Without them the offer is not accepted.
• Submit by 22 September 2026, 5 pm. Applications are open from 24 August to 21 September at 5 pm, and the bid itself closes the following day at 5 pm.
• Technical offers are opened on 23 September 2026 at 10 am and financial offers the same day from 12 noon. A bidder who fails the technical stage does not have their financial offer opened at all.
