• Bhopal Development Authority is selling two large institutional plots in its Misrod Phase-2 scheme by tender-cum-auction, Rs 66.54 crore at reserve. Offers close 21 September 2026 at 5 pm.
• A 7,280 sq m PSP plot across Sector A and Sector B at Rs 26.23 crore, and an 11,080 sq m plot for an intermediate hospital or health centre at Rs 40.31 crore. Both unreserved.
• This runs on mptenders.gov.in, not the MPOnline portal BDA's other September notices use, and it closes three days earlier. That is why it is a separate page.
• Earnest money is ten per cent: Rs 2.62 crore and Rs 4.03 crore. A Class-3 digital signature and a tender portal login are both mandatory.
• The auction document has to be downloaded, its annexure filled completely and an affidavit prepared, with every page signed and uploaded with identity proof.
• Allotment follows document verification and Authority Board approval, and the Board may decline to allot. Amendments appear only on the portal.
