• HEWO is offering 14 of its own constructed flats at two group housing sites in Sector-12, Sonipat - 9 Super Deluxe and 4 Economy at GH-09, and 1 Economy at GH-02 - on an as is where is basis, to the general public.
• These are surplus, surrendered and cancelled flats out of HEWO's Scheme-III at Sonipat, not a new launch. HEWO lists 33 flats standing at the two sites and is floating these 14.
• The prices are HEWO's own and fixed, not reserve prices: Rs 72,42,247 for a Super Deluxe flat of 2,563.10 sq ft, Rs 45,94,662 for an Economy flat of 1,485.00 sq ft at GH-09, and Rs 50,51,680 for the single Economy flat of 1,747.24 sq ft at GH-02.
• Each price is built up on the notice itself from construction cost, land cost, EC cost and maintenance charges, and the four add up to the total HEWO prints.
• What you are buying, in HEWO's words: multistoried flats with plumbing, internal and external water supply, sewerage and electrification, constructed and ready to enter, sold as is where is.
• The flats are identified by number. Super Deluxe at GH-09: 301, 302, 303, 304, 401, 404, 502, 503 and 504. Economy at GH-09: 601, 602, 603 and 604. Economy at GH-02: 601. The floor and the flat are settled by draw of lots.
• There is no portal and no bidding. It is a paper application with a demand draft, delivered to HEWO's Panchkula office by registered post or in person, on or before 21 September 2026.
• Deposit of the 10 per cent creates no right to an allotment. If more people apply than there are flats, the flats are allotted by draw of lots.
• After allotment: the balance 90 per cent within 60 days of the Letter of Intent, which HEWO sends to the email address on the form. Default cancels the allotment and 20 per cent of the earnest money is forfeited.
• One clause worth reading twice: any future enhancement charged by the concerned Estate Officer is payable by the allottee, so HEWO states plainly that the cost of the flat can increase at any stage.
• For a home loan HEWO will give the bank seven documents, and it lists them: mortgage permission, a tripartite agreement, HEWO's registration copy, the Letter of Intent, the Estate Officer's allotment letter for the site, the building plan approval, and the occupation certificate.
• HEWO prints the Super Deluxe area two different ways in one document - 2,563.10 sq ft on the table, 2,536.10 sq ft on the flat list. Both are recorded here and neither is corrected.

Who can apply

• Applications are invited from the general public, on an as is where is basis.
• Fill HEWO's application form in block capitals as per the Aadhaar card, with the category and the site applied for, and sign the declaration.
• Enclose the affidavit, valid proof of residence - Aadhaar card, driving licence, electricity bill or voter card - and a cancelled cheque for the refund.
• Enclose a demand draft for 10 per cent of the cost of the flat in favour of the Managing Director, HEWO, Panchkula, payable at Panchkula or Chandigarh. An application without it is rejected straightaway.
• It must reach the office of the M.D., HEWO, C-3, HSVP Complex, Sector-6, Panchkula on or before 21 September 2026, by registered post or in person. HEWO entertains no claim on account of delay.
• The flat and the floor are settled by draw of lots, and a draw also decides between applicants if more apply than there are flats.
