GDA's auction is 27 properties, not ten, and it is held in a hall at Lohia Nagar

GDA publishes the documents for this auction inside a frame on its auctions page, and the first reading of this scheme missed all eight of them. They are now held here. Its two signed lists carry 27 properties, not the ten that had portal events on 17 September. The auction is a live one at Hindi Bhawan, Lohia Nagar, Ghaziabad on 30 September 2026 from 11:00 AM, with registration and the brochure through HDFC Bank and gdaghaziabad.in until 25 September. The brochures set out what the first version said was unpublished: the 12 per cent lease rent and freehold charge on top of the bid, the 25 per cent due within a week of the allotment letter, payment plans A and B, and who may apply. A corrigendum of 14 September corrects the Noor Nagar khasra from 134 to 1034; one of 15 September adds AM-6, BF-1 and D/GH-1. Part of D/GH-1 is under a High Court stay.

DDA's Karmayogi scheme for government servants runs to 30 September, and car parking is now a separate application

DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 sells 3,656 flats at Narela to serving and retired government servants at a flat 25 per cent discount, first come first served: 1,168 in Pocket-9, 936 added in Pocket-6 in March 2026 and 1,552 added in Pocket-13 in May. Booking has been extended to 30 September 2026, the third extension. From 16 September DDA allots car parking separately, monthly on application, to 2-BHK and 3-BHK allottees of this scheme and of Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026. DDA's own advertisement says the 1-BHK in Pockets 6 and 9 is completely sold out.

YEIDA opens nine corporate office plots in Sector 22E, auction 23 November

Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has opened scheme YEA/INST 2026-2027/01 for nine corporate office plots of 1,000 sq m each in Sector 22E, at Rs 54,380 per sq m. Eight carry a reserved price of Rs 5.44 crore and plot O-71 Rs 5.98 crore with its location charge. Applications close 16 October, qualified bidders are named 16 November and the e-auction is 23 November. Only registered firms, trusts, societies, companies and government undertakings may apply.

YEIDA opens ten senior secondary school plots, auction 20 November

Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has opened scheme YEA/INST 2026-2027/02 for ten senior secondary school plots in Sectors 17, 18, 20 and 22E, from 8,000 to 14,100 sq m, with reserved prices from Rs 14.22 crore to Rs 23.41 crore. Bidding is limited to operators of a CBSE, state board, ICSE or IB affiliated senior or higher secondary school of at least three years' standing who also clear a net worth, solvency and turnover test scaled to the plot. Applications close 16 October and the e-auction is 20 November.

LDA withdraws three lots from its September auction

The auction book went from 564 lots to 561. Withdrawn: CP-3 and CP-4 at Sector-B Basant Kunj, both commercial, 1,276.85 and 1,158.07 sq.m at bid start prices of Rs 11.75 crore and Rs 10.25 crore; and plot 135-A at Sector-G Jankipuram, residential, 34.15 sq.m at Rs 13,14,775. Rs 22.14 crore off the book. Nothing was added, no lot carries a corrigendum, and the EMD window and auction day are unchanged - EMD closes 24 September, bidding is on 28 September. IDA Indore has 7 plots on one deadline, tenders close 5 October 2026

Indore Development Authority issued advertisements 149 (Scheme No. 74, 2 plots), 163 (Scheme No. 136, 4 plots) and 164 (Scheme No. 114-Pratham, 1 plot) a few days apart and they close together on 5 October 2026 at 6:00 PM, all by tender cum auction on the Madhya Pradesh e-procurement portal. 7 plots in Scheme No. 114-Pratham, Scheme No. 136, Scheme No. 74, minimum prices adding to Rs 292.22 crore, earnest money five per cent per plot and no tender form fee. The live e-auction runs on 22 October 2026 and 23 October 2026.

New scheme KDA Kanpur

KDA puts four of its own commercial buildings in Kanpur to e-auction

Kanpur Development Authority is auctioning the Signature Commercial Mall Building and Signature Hotel Building at Vikas Nagar, Crystal Mall at Parade Chauraha and the Commercial Complex at Panchakki, on lease or freehold and 'as is where is'. Registration runs 7 to 21 September 2026 and bidding 8 to 22 September. KDA's datasheets price the four at Rs 527.24 crore in all - Rs 227 crore for the Signature Mall, Rs 133 crore for the Signature Hotel, Rs 84.44 crore for Crystal Mall and Rs 82.80 crore for the Mall Road offices. No EMD is published.

BDA Bhopal puts two large Misrod Phase-2 institutional plots to tender-cum-auction

Bhopal Development Authority's notice 638 of 10 September 2026 invites tender-cum-auction offers on mptenders.gov.in for two plots in its Misrod Phase-2 scheme: a 7,280 sq m PSP plot across Sector A and Sector B at Rs 26.23 crore, and an 11,080 sq m intermediate hospital or health centre plot at Rs 40.31 crore. Offers close 21 September 2026 at 5 pm. Earnest money is ten per cent, and a Class-3 digital signature and an MP tender portal login are mandatory.

BDA Bhopal opens 78 properties across three colonies, offers closing 24 September

Bhopal Development Authority issued six offer notices on 10 September 2026 covering 78 properties: 47 duplexes at Aero Residency, nine built houses at Swami Vivekanand Parisar Katara Hills, three HIG duplexes at M.G. Rusiya Nagar Peeplaner sold on lease with Rs 16,855 a year of ground rent, and nineteen bare plots at Aero City Phase-1 including two PSP plots. Reserve prices add to Rs 97.45 crore. Offers run on MPOnline from 10 to 24 September and are opened on 25 September; registration money is ten per cent throughout. Eight properties are reserved, one of them for journalists.

Mathura-Vrindavan puts 50 properties to auction across six yojanas, registration to 8 October

MVDA's e-auction 2026 covers Rukmani Vihar, Chaitanya Vihar Phase II and Kailash Nagar in Vrindavan and Krishna Vihar, Govind Vihar and Hanumat Vihar - residential plots, group housing, commercial and institutional sites, three nursing-home plots and nine shops. ₹425 crore at the published prices. Online registration 09-09-2026 to 08-10-2026 on mvda.procure247.com; MVDA publishes no auction date.

GDA's first-come-first-served stock falls from 1,837 units to 1,664, and vacancies from 743 to 541

Re-read of the GDA FCFS portal on 9 September 2026. Total inventory is 1,664 against 1,837 on 1 September, and vacant units 541 against 743. Almost all of the fall is stock GDA withdrew rather than sold: Koyal Enclave 2 BHK went from 466 units to 293 and from 453 vacant to 280, both down by exactly 173, which is a withdrawal and not a sale. Genuine take-up over the eight days is 29 units - 22 at Madhuban-Bapudham Pocket-F 2 BHK, 5 at Inderprasta 1 BHK and 2 at Inderprasta 2BHK Type-1. The portal also changed shape: its per-unit lists now carry only vacant units, where on 1 September they carried allotted and processing units too.

DDA added 544 flats to Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026

256 one-BHK in Tower Z at Rs 33.51-33.77 lakh and 288 two-BHK in Towers N and P at Rs 75.55-83.58 lakh, both after the scheme's 25% discount, in the same Narela pocket. Booking for the added flats opens 14 September 2026 at 12:00 noon. The scheme now lists 1,768 flats. Registration, eligibility, booking amounts and the payment terms are unchanged.

Registration closed for the Dharuhera and Jagadhari industrial plot auctions

Both windows closed on 7 September 2026. Dharuhera goes to auction on 18 September and Jagadhari Phase-II, Panchkula Extension-II and IMT Kharkhoda on 15 September 2026.

Deadline HSIIDC

HSIIDC extended registration for the Premium Sites auction to 14 September

Registration for the e-auction of hotel, commercial, mall, group housing, SCO, booth and institutional sites across Bahadurgarh, Bawal, Faridabad, Kharkhoda, Manesar, Narwana, Rai, TP Panchkula and Sirsa now closes on 14 September 2026 instead of 3 September, and the auction moves from 11 September to 24 September 2026. The 57 sites and their terms are unchanged.

RIICO opened a third September round with 23 large plots

Twenty-three undeveloped plots across nine industrial areas - ten industrial, nine tourism and four logistics - all on 33-year leases, with a combined reserve of about Rs 415 crore at the published bid start rates. Registration and EMD close on 25 September 2026 and bidding runs 28 to 30 September. The parcels are large: the biggest is 300,070 sq.m at REIZ Jorbeer, Bikaner.

UPSIDA and MDA checked with a day to go, both unchanged

UPSIDA's 165 plots and Rs 93.37 crore of reserve reconcile exactly against its portal, across the same four districts. Its listing shows 10 September while we show 9 September: 9 September is the last date for the fee and EMD, 10 September the last date for document submission, and the earlier one is what decides whether you can bid. MDA's brochure of 22 August is unchanged with no corrigendum. Registration for both closes 9 September.

77 residential and commercial lots, 7 educational and medical, 1 community centre, in Indirapuram, Koyal Enclave, Vaishali, Kaushambi, Ambedkar Road and nine more. Reserve rates Rs 41,000 to Rs 4,08,000 per sq m. Registration closed on 2 September 2026 and GDA has not published the auction date.

Indore Development Authority puts 26 plots in Scheme 166 to tender cum auction

IDA has advertised 26 public and semi-public use plots in its Scheme No. 166 at Indore, on freehold, by tender cum auction on the Madhya Pradesh e-procurement portal. They run from 1,150 to 19,456 sq m at Rs 51,000, Rs 56,100 or Rs 58,650 per sq m, and twelve of the 26 are reserved - for Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, OBCs, a person with a disability, a journalist, a soldier, a freedom fighter and a general-category woman. Earnest money is five per cent. Tenders close 25 September and the live e-auction runs 13 to 16 October.

JDA Jabalpur offers 118 properties across five colonies, bids closing 22 September

Jabalpur Development Authority's advertisement 2537 of 21 August 2026 invites online offers for 118 properties in five of its own colonies: 93 LIG flats at Bajnamath in Scheme 2B, four MIG flats at Shatabdipuram, two flats at Madan Mahal, a shop, fifteen office chambers and the hotel and restaurant block in the ISBT complex in Scheme 14, and two educational plots. HEWO floats 14 built flats at Sector-12, Sonipat, to the general public

The employees' welfare wing of Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran is offering 14 surplus, surrendered and cancelled flats from its Scheme-III at Sonipat - 9 Super Deluxe and 4 Economy at GH-09, 1 Economy at GH-02 - on an as is where is basis. Prices are fixed: Rs 72.42 lakh, Rs 45.95 lakh and Rs 50.52 lakh. Applications with a demand draft for 10 per cent must reach HEWO's Panchkula office by 21 September 2026; the flat and floor are settled by draw of lots.

MHADA leases eight amenity plots in its Mumbai colonies, first come first served

MHADA's Mumbai Housing and Area Development Board has opened eight amenity plots in its own colonies for lease on a first-come first-served basis: a maternity hospital plot, two composite schools with playgrounds, a college, a community centre, a school and two small amenity plots, at Malvani in Malad West, Gorai-2, Akurli and Tagore Nagar in Vikhroli. Prices are published rather than bid - the ready reckoner rate times the area, doubled on the two R Zone plots - and add to Rs 118.19 crore, with earnest money at one per cent. Booking runs in cycles to 25 October 2026. A school plot needs seven years of running a recognised school and 500 students; a hospital plot needs a Health Department certificate.
