Rolled over four times between August and October 2025.
8 applications came in for 3 of the 4 hospital plots and 14 for 5 of the 6 vocational plots; 2 plots drew none. The price-bid auction was set for 02-01-2026.
GNIDA has not published a result: no winning bid, no allottee list. What it publishes is how many applied and how many were found eligible, and the auction date.
Plot 206 in Knowledge Park-5 is subject to a pending revision appeal by its previous allottee, whose allotment GNIDA cancelled on 20-03-2023; GNIDA says any new allotment depends on its outcome.
Three of these plots - HO-02 in Mu, 85-86 and 53/3 in Knowledge Park-5 - are offered again in INS01/2026; GNIDA does not say why.

Notes on this scheme from GNIDA's documents

Plot 5-C, Knowledge Park-5: the launch rate sheet printed 23,108.37 sq m and Rs 57,94,88,594. GNIDA's corrigendum and all four roll-overs print 22,737.60 sq m and Rs 57,01,90,795, and the row shows the corrected figures. The advertisement printed the corrected area beside the old price.
Plot 53/3, Knowledge Park-5: the launch rate sheet printed 1,090 sq m and Rs 3,27,41,420. The roll-overs print 1,065 sq m and Rs 3,19,90,470 with no corrigendum explaining the change; the row shows the later figures.
GNIDA's corrigendum is dated '14.08.2024' - a year before the scheme it amends, published 22-07-2025. Its notice of 31-12-2025 gives the publication date as 27-07-2025.
The advertisement names the portal as etender.sbi, the brochure as gnida.etender.sbi.

What you pay to enter

Registration fee	Rs 5,000 plus GST
EMD	10 per cent of the reserve premium

Payment plan

Registration money / EMD of 10 per cent with the bid.
After allotment, either the full premium within 90 days with a 2 per cent rebate, or 40 per cent within 60 days and the balance 60 per cent in 8 half-yearly instalments over 4 years with interest at GNIDA's prevailing rate - 10 per cent a year from 01-01-2026 under its office order of that date.
Annual lease rent of 2.5 per cent of the premium is paid on top, rising 50 per cent every ten years.
