Age 18+ (allotment cancelled if later found under 18); Indian/NRI; one plot; only individuals may apply (no company other than one allotted by YEIDA). Reserved: farmers (land acquired/purchased by YEIDA or in Jewar Airport) 17.5%; functional industrial units allotted by YEIDA 5% (allotted on or before 31-03-2026). Of reserved plots 21% SC, 2% ST; 5% horizontal reservation for handicapped applicants of U.P. (1% visually impaired).
