Anand Vihar is HPDA's largest scheme in Hapur, on the Hapur-Delhi road near the Collectorate - 2,361 plots by HPDA's layout. Three kinds of property come from it. Flats: EWS and LIG in the four-storey H and L blocks, MIG in L block, and the six-storey Alaknanda and Kalindi towers in Block H, all in HPDA's first come, first served scheme open until 31-10-2026. Shops: the Green Arcade complex in Block L, auctioned since 2021. And plots - office, school, group housing and residential - which HPDA has auctioned round after round; its office plots carried a minimum reserve of ₹22,350 per sq m in March 2026.
