- 10 residential plots: 7 of 220 sq m in Sector 2, and one each of 500 sq m in Sigma-2, 51.51 sq m in Beta-2 and 200 sq m in Delta-2.
- Rs 51,950 per sq m in most (Rs 47,227 plus a Rs 4,723 metro cess), Rs 41,172 in Sigma-2.
- 703 applicants were found eligible across the 10 plots for the e-auction of 17 and 18 March 2025.
- GNIDA has not published a result: no winning bid, no allottee list. What it publishes is how many applied and how many were found eligible, and the auction date.
Notes on this scheme from GNIDA's documents
- The brochure's cover says the scheme stays open until every plot is allotted; its data sheet says 'Close Ended'.
- Clause 2(i) says only individuals who are Indian citizens may apply, and in the next sentence that companies, firms and societies can. Both are GNIDA's words.
- The terms set the bid increment at 1 per cent of the reserve price; the schedule prints 1 per cent of the rate per sq m (Rs 520, 545, 412).
- The list of 12-03-2025 is not a result: it names 703 eligible applicants by event ID and fixes the auction dates. It prints no plot numbers, no bids and no allotment.
