- Rs 74,35,700 on floors 1 to 6 (Rs 73,23,000 plus Rs 100 per sq ft location charge) and Rs 73,23,000 on floors 7 to 15.
- GNIDA's advertisement lists 90 rows; flat 803/I is printed twice, so there are 89 distinct flats.
- Registration was extended four times, a month each, to 23-06-2026. Five applicants were found eligible for the e-auction of 03-09-2026.
- GNIDA has not published a result: no winning bid, no allottee list. What it publishes is how many applied and how many were found eligible, and the auction date.
