- The brochure put the minimum investment at Rs 1,200 crore in clause 3.12(d) and Rs 1,000 crore everywhere else. GNIDA's corrigendum of 18-06-2026 says Rs 1,200 crore was a typing error.
- The brochure gives 4 per cent interest on a registration amount held more than 60 days in one clause, and no interest even after a year in the next.
