- Registration money / EMD of 10 per cent with the bid.
- After allotment, either the full premium within 90 days with a 2 per cent rebate, or 40 per cent within 60 days and the balance 60 per cent in 8 half-yearly instalments over 4 years with interest at GNIDA's prevailing rate - 10 per cent a year from 01-01-2026 under its office order of that date.
- Annual lease rent of 2.5 per cent of the premium is paid on top, rising 50 per cent every ten years.
