- Document submission closed 20-08-2026 after two revised schedules. The e-auction date is 'to be notified separately' - it has not been announced.
- Reserve rates include a location charge of about 10 per cent; the hospital plot HO/02 in Mu-2 is Rs 38,238 per sq m against Rs 36,917 when it was offered in 2025.
- The processing fee rose tenfold from the 2025 scheme, to Rs 50,000 plus GST.

- Plot 85-86, Knowledge Park-5: the launch schedule printed 4,000 sq m and Rs 12,14,92,000. The advertisement printed 4,002 sq m beside the same price, and both revised schedules print 4,002 sq m and Rs 12,15,52,746. The row shows the revised figures.
- HO-02 is printed in sector 'MU-II' in the schedules and 'Mu' in the advertisement and in the 2025 scheme, where a plot HO-02 of the same 10,005 sq m was offered. It is shown here as printed in each scheme.
- The brochure's data sheet gives the up-front rebate as 2 per cent on the balance 90 per cent of the premium in one place and on the total premium in another, and one-time lease rent as 15 times the annual rent in one clause and 37.5 per cent of the premium in another.

- Registration money / EMD of 10 per cent with the bid.
- After allotment, either the full premium within 90 days with a 2 per cent rebate, or 40 per cent within 60 days and the balance 60 per cent in 8 half-yearly instalments over 4 years with interest at GNIDA's prevailing rate - 10 per cent a year from 01-01-2026 under its office order of that date.
- Annual lease rent of 2.5 per cent of the premium is paid on top, rising 50 per cent every ten years.
