- Rates revised upward for FY 2026-27 after GNIDA's 143rd board meeting of 02-05-2026, a month into the scheme; applicants already in had to top up.
- The closing date moved five times, from 12-05-2026 to 04-08-2026 - the last three times, GNIDA's notices say, because 'competitive applications were not received'.
- GNIDA has published no qualified list, interview date or allotment.

- GNIDA prints the scheme code as ONLINE-IND-02-OC-01/2026 on the advertisement and brochure, and ONLINE-IND-OC-01/2026 on every public notice after it.
- Plot 2 in Ecotech-11: the revised rate is printed as Rs 29,350 per sq m, but the revised registration money equals 10 per cent at Rs 27,350. Every other row reconciles.
- The brochure uploaded on 10-04-2026 states instalment interest at 10 per cent 'as of 1st June 2026' - a date after its own issue.
- This is not an auction. GNIDA's brochure allots on objective-criteria marks; no e-auction provision appears in any 2026 document for the scheme.

- Registration money / EMD of 10 per cent with the bid.
- After allotment, either the full premium within 90 days with a 2 per cent rebate, or 40 per cent within 60 days and the balance 60 per cent in 8 half-yearly instalments over 4 years with interest at GNIDA's prevailing rate - 10 per cent a year from 01-01-2026 under its office order of that date.
- Annual lease rent of 2.5 per cent of the premium is paid on top, rising 50 per cent every ten years.
