- 25 master-plan-level commercial plots at FAR 4.0, in Sectors 3, 10 and 12, Ecotech-1 Extension, Ecotech-12 and Delta-2.
- Registration closed 16-02-2026 after three extensions. By then 8 bids had come in for 3 of the 25 plots.
- GNIDA raised the rates for FY 2026-27 and listed 2 FAR-4 plots for e-auction on 11-06-2026 - C-06A in Sector 10 and SLC-8/G/7 in Delta-2, at Rs 1,08,654 per sq m including the metro charge. Its own Hindi notice of the next day speaks of bids for 3 FAR-4 plots; both are shown.
- GNIDA has not published a result: no winning bid, no allottee list. What it publishes is how many applied and how many were found eligible, and the auction date.
- Leasehold for 90 years, 2.5 per cent annual lease rent on top of the premium, a 10 per cent metro corridor charge where marked, 40 per cent ground coverage.
Notes on this scheme from GNIDA's documents
- Which FAR-4 plots went to auction: GNIDA's English notice of 08-06-2026 names two, C-06A in Sector 10 and SLC-8/G/7 in Delta-2. Its Hindi notice of 09-06-2026 says 8 bids came in for three FAR-4 plots and that 6 bidders were found eligible. The third plot is not named anywhere.
- The brochure's data sheet prices the plots at the 2025-26 land rates of GNIDA's 138th board meeting; clause 3.30 of the same brochure refers to the 2023-24 rates. The printed reserve rates reconcile with 2025-26 plus the 10 per cent metro charge.
- GNIDA's rate notice of 08-06-2026 calls the FAR-2 plots 'CPS-1/2025-26' in its body and 'CPS-2/2025-26' in its heading.
- The advertisement rounds the reserve prices to the rupee (SLC-8/G/7: Rs 24,26,80,690 against Rs 24,26,80,689.53 in the plot list).

- After allotment, either the full premium within 90 days with a 2 per cent rebate, or 40 per cent within 60 days and the balance 60 per cent in 8 half-yearly instalments over 4 years with interest at GNIDA's prevailing rate - 10 per cent a year from 01-01-2026 under its office order of that date.
- Annual lease rent of 2.5 per cent of the premium is paid on top, rising 50 per cent every ten years.
