- 12 local and convenience shopping plots at FAR 2.0, in Sectors 36 and 37, Gamma-2, Beta-2, Eta-1, Zeta-1 and Knowledge Park-5, height capped at 24 m.
- Registration closed 16-02-2026. 9 bids came in for 4 of the 12 plots.
- GNIDA's notice of 08-06-2026 listed 8 FAR-2 plots for e-auction on 11-06-2026 at the FY 2026-27 rates - Rs 79,680 per sq m in Gamma-2 and Beta-2, Rs 78,231 in Sectors 36 and 37, each now including a 10 per cent metro charge that no earlier list showed.
- GNIDA has not published a result: no winning bid, no allottee list. What it publishes is how many applied and how many were found eligible, and the auction date.
- The first FAR-2 brochure of 13-11-2025 carried the wrong scheme code on its cover (CPS-1); GNIDA replaced it on 17-11-2025.
Notes on this scheme from GNIDA's documents
- Which FAR-2 plots went to auction: GNIDA's English notice of 08-06-2026 names eight (CS-16, LS-03, LS-8 and CS-31 to CS-35). Its Hindi notice of 09-06-2026 says 9 bids came in for four FAR-2 plots. The two do not match and GNIDA has not reconciled them.
- The original plot list and all three revised schedules show no metro charge on those eight plots. The FY 2026-27 rates in the notice of 08-06-2026 include one.
- The FAR-2 brochure of 13-11-2025 carried the scheme code CPS-1/2025-26 on its cover; the replacement of 17-11-2025 reads CPS-2/2025-26. The first brochure allowed a consortium for plots of 10,000 sq m 'or more'; the second, and GNIDA's corrigendum of 07-12-2025, only above 10,000 sq m.
- SLC-6C in Knowledge Park-5 is priced at Rs 76,925 per sq m, which is the zone rate plus 10 per cent, but Knowledge Park-5 is not named in any zone list in the annexure.

- Annual lease rent of 2.5 per cent of the premium is paid on top, rising 50 per cent every ten years.
