- 21 small BPO and call-centre plots of 500 to 1,389 sq m in Knowledge Park-5, Techzone-7 and Techzone-4. A 22nd, plot 22/2, was withdrawn on 03-09-2025.
- Extended four times to 05-01-2026. 44 bids came in for 14 of the 21 plots; GNIDA does not say which 14.
- Rates rose for FY 2026-27 before the auction: Rs 29,598 per sq m in Knowledge Park-5 and Techzone-4, Rs 26,968 in Techzone-7, including the 10 per cent metro charge.
- GNIDA has not published a result: no winning bid, no allottee list. What it publishes is how many applied and how many were found eligible, and the auction date.
Notes on this scheme from GNIDA's documents
- Plot 6 in Techzone-7: the advertisement prints Rs 2,60,64,800; every schedule prints Rs 2,60,34,800, which is 1,000 sq m at Rs 26,034.80. The schedule figure is shown.
- GNIDA's rate notice of 11-05-2026 says it is 'proceeding with the e-auction of 21 plots'. Its Hindi notice of the same day says bids came in for 14 of them, and the auction is for those 14. Neither names the 14.
- The first schedule carries the code BPO-ITES/000-2024; the corrigendum writes BPO-02/2025; everything else BPO/CC-02/2025.

- Annual lease rent of 2.5 per cent of the premium is paid on top, rising 50 per cent every ten years.
