LIG: Rs 3 to 6 lakh (ETV Bharat says up to Rs 6 lakh). One application per person and one category only; joint application allowed only for husband and wife. Plots sold on an 'as is where is' basis.
• Reported by ETV Bharat only (6 Aug 2025): on allotment pay 15 percent of the plot price (20 percent for reserved applicants, who paid 5 percent at registration). For LIG the remaining 75 percent is payable with 12 percent interest in 12 quarterly instalments; for EWS in 20 quarterly instalments. Late instalments attract 2 percent extra or 14 percent penal interest for the delay period. Corner plots cost 10 percent extra; freehold charge 12 percent of plot price. The plan for MIG, HIG and Super HIG plots was not published. ADA said possession within 5 years.
• Unsuccessful applicants get their registration amount back: within 30 days per ETV Bharat's summary of the terms; ADA told Amar Ujala 7 days (Sector 1) and 5 working days without deduction (Sectors 2-3 and Sector 8). Once a plot is allotted, the deposit is not refunded. The Rs 1,100 fee is not refunded. Refunds and cancellations for UP authorities run through the ORMS module on janhit.upda.in.
