Payment after allotmentReported by ETV Bharat only (6 Aug 2025): on allotment pay 15 percent of the plot price (20 percent for reserved applicants, who paid 5 percent at registration). For LIG the remaining 75 percent is payable with 12 percent interest in 12 quarterly instalments; for EWS in 20 quarterly instalments. Late instalments attract 2 percent extra or 14 percent penal interest for the delay period. Corner plots cost 10 percent extra; freehold charge 12 percent of plot price. RefundsUnsuccessful applicants get their registration amount back: within 30 days per ETV Bharat's summary of the terms; ADA told Amar Ujala 7 days (Sector 1) and 5 working days without deduction (Sectors 2-3 and Sector 8).
