DSIIDC (Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation): every industrial estate and shed complex it built
DSIIDC built its estates and allotted them: 1,286 sheds across twelve complexes from 1973-74 onwards, 1,800 plots in Narela's first phase, and 1,865 acres at Bawana under the relocation programme that followed the Supreme Court's order of 1996. Its tender page on 3 October 2026 carried works contracts, consultancy and an emporium concession and no plot or shed auction, and it publishes no price for any estate. So this page carries the register of what DSIIDC built and where, and says plainly that none of it is for sale. A scheme page follows the day DSIIDC advertises an allotment or an auction.
DSIIDC builds Delhi's industrial estates; DDA builds and sells its housing. A reader looking for a flat in Delhi wants DDA, and this site carries it. DDA (Delhi).

What DSIIDC has put up for allotment
DSIIDC built its estates and allotted them: 1,286 sheds across twelve complexes from 1973-74 onwards, 1,800 plots in Narela's first phase, and 1,865 acres at Bawana under the relocation programme that followed the Supreme Court's order of 1996. Every industrial complex DSIIDC built sheds in
DSIIDC built 1,286 industrial sheds across twelve complexes in Delhi and developed the industrial estates at Bawana, Narela, Patparganj, Badli, Okhla and Jhilmil. None of it is on offer. DSIIDC's tender page on 3 October 2026 carried works contracts, consultancy and an agency concession for the Bharti Delhi Emporium. No plot or shed auction, and no allotment scheme open to a new applicant. The sheds were allotted from the 1970s, Narela's first phase is fully allotted and Bawana's plots went under the Relocation Scheme. This page carries the register because the estate is the address a Delhi manufacturer searches with, and DSIIDC publishes no index of it.
Sheds under the Half-a-Million Job Programme, 1973-74
DSIIDC built these to implement the Government of India's Half-a-Million Job Programme in 1973-74. Most went to educated unemployed persons, some to DSIIDC's business associates and to export-oriented units. Allotted on lease or licence at a monthly rent of about ₹1.10 per square foot. DSIIDC announced hire-purchase schemes in 1987 and 1989, and offered the sheds on ownership rights on a cash-down basis in 1994, 1996 and 1998.

The project area is 1,865 acres (755 hectares), acquired in three blocks of 740, 324 and 800 acres at a land cost DSIIDC puts at ₹112.48 crore, ₹48.75 crore and ₹161 crore. Planned industrial plots with roads, drainage, power and water, developed by a consortium of RITES, Architects' Bureau, Redecon and Tetra Tech. | Allotted under the Relocation Scheme. Of the land left in the estate, 70 acres is proposed for relocation of industries and 50 acres for a high-tech estate for IT-enabled services, which DSIIDC says is still at the market-research stage. | Phase 1 fully allotted. Why these estates exist: the Relocation Scheme
The Relocation of Industries Scheme was framed by the Commissioner of Industries, Government of Delhi in 1996 under the directions of the Supreme Court, to move industrial units out of non-conforming and residential areas into designated industrial areas. The High Power Committee constituted after the Supreme Court's order of 19 April 1996 received 43,045 applications from units seeking to stay where they were. It found 376 of them eligible. DSIIDC publishes the list of allottees, the list of applicants, and a list of applicants who have paid in full and not taken possession, along with the forms for a possession letter and lease execution.
Read from DSIIDC's own pages on 2026-10-03 and held as sources. Its older domain, dsiidc.org, still refuses connections; the live site is on the Delhi government domain. Not one figure here is a price, because DSIIDC publishes none: these are counts of what it built and allotted.

The Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation was set up in February 1971 and develops Delhi's industrial infrastructure. It built the industrial estates at Bawana, Narela, Patparganj, Badli, Okhla and Jhilmil, and it runs the Relocation of Industries Scheme framed in 1996 under the Supreme Court's directions. It also runs Delhi's government liquor retail and the Delhi Emporium, which is why its domain ranks for bottle prices.
How DSIIDC allots
By allotment under a scheme rather than by auction. The sheds went out on lease or licence and were later offered on hire purchase in 1987 and 1989 and on ownership rights, cash down, in 1994, 1996 and 1998. The relocation plots went to units moving out of non-conforming areas, through the Relocation Division, which publishes its allottee and applicant lists.
Not a cadence - a programme. DSIIDC's estates were built and allotted in waves tied to a job programme in the 1970s, the Master Plan, and the Supreme Court's relocation order of 1996. On 3 October 2026 its tender page carried works contracts, consultancy and an emporium concession, and no plot or shed auction.
Stated per scheme in DSIIDC's own documents. The Half-a-Million Job Programme sheds started at about ₹1.10 per square foot a month.
What buyers get wrong with DSIIDC
- Nothing on this page is on offer. Every shed and plot counted here was allotted, most of it decades ago.
- The two upcoming projects DSIIDC names - the Knowledge-Based Industrial Park at Baprola and the multi-level manufacturing hub for SMEs at Rani Khera - are intentions with no scheme, no price and no window.
- The 70 acres at Narela proposed for relocation and the 50 acres proposed for an IT estate are proposals DSIIDC says are still at the market-research stage.
- No price appears on this page because DSIIDC publishes none for its estates; the figures are counts of what it built.
- dsiidc.org, the corporation's older domain, refused connections from three networks on 3 October 2026. The live site is dsiidc.delhi.gov.in and everything here was read there.
- DSIIDC also runs Delhi's government liquor retail. Most of its search traffic is bottle prices and shop timings, and none of that is on this site.

It names two: a Knowledge-Based Industrial Park at Baprola and a multi-level manufacturing hub for SMEs at Rani Khera. Both are intentions with no scheme, no price and no window. Is there a DSIIDC new scheme or DSIIDC housing scheme 2026?
Not at the moment; DSIIDC has not advertised any scheme. A Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation new scheme is listed here the day DSIIDC publishes it, with its document.
