• 4,462 homes across 168 builder schemes in Pune district, MHADA's 20 per cent inclusive-housing quota: 3,684 LIG and 778 EWS, in Haveli and Mulshi talukas. Applications and payment run 24 August to 15 October 2026, on MHADA's own portal.
• Where these figures come from, because it matters here.
