Who can apply

• Apply on housing.mhada.gov.in or the MHADA Housing Lottery app by 28 September 2026, 11:59 PM. Online payment closes at the same time; RTGS/NEFT deposit by the end of banking hours on 28 September.
• EWS applicants may apply in EWS and LIG, LIG in LIG and MIG, MIG in MIG and HIG, HIG in HIG only.
• Income proof is for FY 2025-26 (1 Apr 2025 to 31 Mar 2026): the income tax return or a Tehsildar income certificate.
• Needed to register: PAN, Aadhaar, a cancelled cheque or passbook first page, a mobile number with WhatsApp, an email address, and a domicile certificate issued after 2018.
• Provisional list of accepted applications 5 Oct 2026, 3 PM; objections to 7 Oct, 5 PM; final list 12 Oct, 12 noon. The draw date and place will be told to applicants separately.
