  • Draw date: the booklet cover announces the lottery for 10-09-2026 at 12:00 at the authority office, Sector 2, Ramganga Nagar (BDA's undated brochure page 1); the result list is headed as the lottery held on 17-09-2026 (BDA's draw result of 17-09-2026 page 1). No corrigendum or postponement notice for the draw was among the documents read.
  • Plots offered vs allotted: booklet Table 2 offers 188 plots (page 6, total printed as 188); the 17-09-2026 result lists 185 allottees. Sector 10 Saryu Enclave 450 sq m: 6 offered, 3 allotted (plots 10, 11, 12). All other 14 sector/size rows match exactly. The result does not say what happened to the other 3 plots.
  • Units in Table 2: column headers for price (column 6), registration amount (column 7) and allotment+freehold (column 8) say 'Rs lakh', but the figures are whole rupees (e.g. 125 sq m x Rs 41,150 = 5143750 printed in column 6) (booklet page 6). Transcribed as rupees.
  • Result list heading (BDA's draw result of 17-09-2026 page 1) names only Ramganga Nagar Awasiya Yojana in the title line, but the list also carries a Greater Bareilly Awasiya Yojana section (157 rows); the site's link title names both schemes.
  • Ownership condition: clause 3.3 (booklet page 4) bars applicants whose family owns a plot/house in colonies of listed agencies 'in the development area of the agency in question'; the affidavit format (Annexure 1, item 6, page 12) says no residential plot 'in Bareilly city'.
  • Payment timing: clause 6.1 (page 7) puts the remaining 75% in 8 quarterly instalments over 2 years; clause 7.7 (page 7) says the remaining 75% must be deposited within at most 2 months of the allotment letter. Both are printed; clause 7.6 lets the allottee choose instalments (code 02) or lump sum (code 01).

Who can apply

Indian citizen; at least 18 years old on the last date of application; individuals, HUF, private/public limited companies, firms/partnership firms/societies, registered co-operative societies and trusts may apply (clauses 3.1.1 to 3.1.8, pages 3-4); applicant or family (spouse and minor children) must not own a plot/house in colonies developed by the development authority, Awas Vikas Parishad, improvement trust, local body or co-operative society in the development area (clause 3.3, page 4); only one person per family may apply (clause 8.4, page 8). Reservation per Table 1 (page 5): SC 21%, ST 2%, OBC 27%, MLA/MP/freedom fighters 5%, government/security staff aged 50+ 5%, UP Awas Vikas/authority/Jal Sansthan/municipal staff 2%, ex-servicemen and dependants 3%, persons with disabilities 5% (horizontal), senior citizens 10% (horizontal), general category code 09.

What you pay to enter

Registration amount is 10% of the plot price (Table 2 column 7, page 6), deposited with the application; SC/ST applicants deposit 50% of the registration amount and pay the other 50% with the allotment amount, with no concession on the plot price (clause 7.3, page 7).
EMDNo EMD as such; the deposit is the 10% registration amount (page 6). Unsuccessful applicants get it back without interest within 3 months of the draw (clause 8.3, page 8). Withdrawal before the draw: refunded without interest on a written request (clause 14.1, page 9). Surrender after allotment: 25% of the registration amount is deducted (clause 14.2, page 9).
