• 393 tenements drawn on 8 April 2026, 298 winners and 258 on the waiting list. PMRDA's result documents are signed by two named officers and timestamped that morning.
• 95 of the 393 tenements drew nobody. Every one is in a reserved category where PMRDA set aside more than it received applications for, so those flats are neither allotted nor waitlisted. On this authority's own past form they come back in a later round.
• PMRDA publishes carpet area and nothing else for these flats, so the table shows carpet area and no rate. The cost shown is the revised cost from PMRDA's October 2024 advertisement, the latest it has published; the result documents themselves carry no price.
• Nothing here is open. This is the record of a completed draw. PMRDA's two application portals did not answer when this was built, so no apply route is linked.
• Where this stock came from, on PMRDA's own Lottery page. Sector 12 was first drawn in February 2021: 3,317 EWS flats of 29.55 sq m carpet at Rs 7,40,000 and 1,566 LIG of 59.27 sq m at Rs 32,00,000, 4,883 advertised, 4,059 allotted, 824 left. A December 2022 draw took 230 of those 824. By October 2024 the 594 still unsold, plus 67 surrendered or cancelled, were re-advertised as 661 flats at a revised cost - EWS Rs 15,74,424, LIG Rs 35,57,200, more than double the 2021 EWS price.

Allotted by category: General Public, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, Denotified Tribes, Nomadic Tribes and Physically Handicapped, with tenements, winners and a waiting list for each.
