- One application window for all three: forms on sale from 25 September 2026 at 14:00 and the last date to buy and submit is 19 October 2026 at 18:00. The form is downloaded and checked from 22 October at 11:30.
- IDA's registration-amount column is headed five per cent and none of its four figures is five per cent of the price - ₹2.50 lakh on a ₹43.75 lakh flat is 5.7 per cent, ₹1.00 lakh on a ₹14.64 lakh flat is 6.8. The amounts here are IDA's own, as printed.
