- Ready for possession: 10% of the cost as earnest money with the application; 40% more within 45 days of the allotment letter, after which possession is offered on a Hire Purchase Tenancy agreement; the balance 50% in 10 half-yearly instalments with 11% a year interest, the first due six months after allotment. The conveyance deed follows full payment. A late instalment can be extended at 14% a year; beyond that the allotment can be cancelled. Service tax is extra.

Paying the balance in full within 45 days of the allotment letter earns a 5% rebate. Overdue instalments carry 12% a year. Withdrawing within 30 days of the draw or the allotment letter forfeits 20% of the earnest money.
