Anand Vihar is HPDA's main residential colony in Hapur. There is another Anand Vihar in Jaipur; this page is the Hapur one, and the city is part of the name in the filter for that reason.
What HPDA sells here
Shops above all - more than half the rows - with residential plots, commercial plots and flats. HPDA has run auction rounds here every year since 2021 and sells the leftovers first come first served, which is why the page carries both closed rounds and an open counter.

Most of what this page holds is from rounds that are over. They are kept because an unsold plot usually comes back in the next round, and the reserve price it failed to sell at is the best guide to what it will be offered at again.
